Instructions for the submission of the extended papers

The authors of accepted papers, presented at the conference by one of the authors, are invited to submit an extended version of their papers either to EPJ Applied Physics or to the European Journal of Electrical Engineering. The papers will be selected according to the usual criteria of these journals. Papers not presented at the conference will be excluded from this selection.

The deadline for extended paper submissions is the 15 December 2017.

When submitting the paper, the authors are invited to answering some questions. Please answer “Adel Razek” for the editor, and “NUMELEC 2017” for the question about the special issue.

Instructions for oral presentations

Each oral presentation will last 15 minutes followed by 5 additional minutes for questions. The authors are invited to contact organisers to upload their presentations on the computer 15 minutes before the start of the session.

 

Instructions for poster presentations

The dimensions of posters are those of the A0 format in portrait (width 84 cm x height 119 cm). The poster should be hung on 15 minutes before the start of the session, and removed within 15 minutes after the end of the session.

 

Instructions for the submission of the extended papers

The authors of accepted papers, presented at the conference by one of the authors, are invited to submit an extended version of their papers either to EPJ Applied Physics or to the European Journal of Electrical Engineering. The papers will be selected according to the usual criteria of these journals. Papers not presented at the conference will be excluded from this selection.

Paper submission to NUMELEC 2017 will be in two phases. Submitted papers will be independently revised during both phases. The first phase consists in the submission of a paper, which will be peer-reviewed before being accepted for presentation at the conference. The accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings. During the submission phase, the author will be asked to choose between oral and poster presentation.

Each paper must include a short introduction not longer than 100 words. The complete paper must not exceed 2 pages in 2 columns, including figures, tables and references. Paper template in Word

As a second phase, the authors of accepted papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their papers either to EPJ Applied Physics, to Annales des Télécommunications, or to the European Journal of Electrical Engineering. The papers will be selected according to the usual criteria of these journals. Papers not presented at the conference will be excluded from this selection.

 

 

Paper submission deadline: May 9 2017

 
Digest: In agreement with the themes of the conference, the digest is limited to 2 pages (format 2 columns, text, equations and figures included). It must insist on the originality, the new scientific, methodological and technological results. The digest is to be submitted in PDF format directly on the conference website.

Languages: The written contributions, presentations and discussions will be in French or in English.
